hackers on my network for 16 months

I have a gigaspire blast u6.1 router fiber optics.The nearest neighbor is 75 to 100 yards away. I know there is another device along my run? How do I find it when my system is fiber optics?

Contact your ISP about this. You should have a password set so it locks others out from using your wifi.
