What is Twonky NMC Queue Handler [mynetwork] device which started showing up with ip of my bell router.

Twonky NMC Queue Handler [mynetwork] is showing up in the Firewalla list of devices. Some redit article stated this is a deliberately compromised server installation allowing someone network access via back door. How do I track it down if it has same ip as my router does it mean it’s running on the modem/router?
