Battery showing as 100% all day then switch off due to flat battery

updated to 17.7. Phone not showing charging indicator when charging. Then all day phone showed as 100% charged despite being used and when I put on charge at bedtime, the phone turned itself off after 30 mins indicating battery completely flat! Battery health shows 100% as phone replaced only a couple months ago. Not good enough apple! Sort this out!

That is a sign of a bad battery. Apple warrants their service for 90 days, so since it has only been a couple of months, you need to take it back and have it diagnosed.

You aren't speaking with Apple. If as you say, Apple replaced the phone (not some 3rd party service), schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. This is a user to user ONLY forum.
