Do I have to do all my smart home again if I want to add new HomePod
I just got a new homepod and the question is if I have to do all my smart home again

If you already have Apple HomeKit set up with another Apple Home Hub such as an Apple TV or other HomePods then no you do not need to change anything, it will just act as an extra Hub.
