I have Google Home as my Smart Home automation currently and i wish to add on to Apple HomePod to allow both Apple HomeKit and Google Home App to work within my Smart Home ecosystem. Is it possible? If Yes, how can I setup the ecosystems between both of the systems?
Apparently after researching this topic I found out matter only works with client devices (lights,switches,doors) not controllers (homepod, Alexa, google home). So as of now you can not view homepod on googls home and vice versa. If this is updated please let me know.

Previously no, these different platforms wouldn’t work together. There is the new Matter standard though which is meant to solve this problem. I’m not a smart home expert sorry, let alone an expert on Matter, and I’m not clear on where the Matter rollout is up to and whether it currently works on HomePod.
