Why few Apps are showing offline after updating my iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 18?

I updated my iPhone 15 pro to iOS 18 and now my Spotify says it’s offline and now my Huntinton chase and PayPal say they’re offline and I can’t do anything. They were working fine before. I have checked my internet. I have cell internet car internet and home internet and still does not work.
