CarPlay App issues after iOS 18 update

I installed the official iOS 18 this morning 9/17/2024 I also updated all my apps afterwards including Pandora and CarPlay no longer lists my Pandora stations It keeps saying listing

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18

I have the same issue with iPhone 12 when I upgraded from 17.7 to 18.0 with wired Carplay. Carplay freezes and then the infotainment screen reboots.

I'm having the same issue. I have noticed that Carplay crashes my Chevy head unit when Apple Maps tries to open. If I chose another app (eg Spotify) as soon as Carplay boots, the head unit works fine. I don have any other mapping apps so I dont know if all mapping apps will cause a freeze/crash but I havent found another app that causes the problem.
