The iPhone 12 does not satisfy the requirements for Apple Intelligence, cannot run it now, and will not receive it.
There is no point in begging us to "fix it."
If you need Apple Intelligence, you need to buy a phone that is compatible with it. Note that although the only iPhones currently compatible with Apple Intelligence are the 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, and 16-series ones, there are other requirements that mean that even some of those phones do not have it. For instance, Apple Intelligence isn't available for phones designed for sale in mainland China.

The iPhone 12 has only 4 GB of RAM – half as much as the iPhones that are scheduled to get Apple Intelligence. Same for the iPhone 12 mini.
Those phones originally shipped with iOS 14.1, so I'm guessing that they are going to get iOS 19 – based on the history of many older iPhones getting five major version updates. But Apple Intelligence – seems doubtful.

Probably not. With the lack of RAM, CPU core and slower processor speed of the iPhone 12, I would imagine many users complaining how the feature had slowed down their phone and would be filling this support site with their threats to sue Apple for the performance issues they are now experiencing. It is excellent on the devices that can handle the resources required to implement the feature.
