Unable to Access Child's iPad Screen Time from Macbook Air or other iPhone

My wife has an iPhone SE 2nd Generation and a Macbook Air M2 2023 model. Our daughter has 2022 model 10.2 inch iPad. I also have an iPhone SE 2nd Generation that I no longer use because I'm fed up with Apple products not functioning anymore. We used to be able to monitor our daughter's screen time from our iPhones and my wife's Macbook Air. Now none of it works. We can see our daughter in the screen time family settings, but when accessing her screen time settings from another device, it's as if she hasn't used her iPad. When we finally get ahold of her iPad that she uses frequently, we can see her screen time settings.
