My App Store can not download new apps

What makes you think you cannot? What does it say exactly (always include messages when you post to this forum)? When you change the password for one thing it should change it for all. Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign in there.

To me it sounds like it is downloading but you have a very slow connection.
