My App Store can not download new apps
i recently changed my iCloud password after that I can not download any app

What makes you think you cannot? What does it say exactly (always include messages when you post to this forum)? When you change the password for one thing it should change it for all. Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign in there.
