Can’t install ECG on my Apple Watch

I have the ECG installed on my iPhone. When I go into the Watch app on my iPhone and select heart, I don’t find anywhere where it tells me to install ECG. This is all that shows up when I go into heart if that makes sense. I’m dealing with a hard issue right now and it would be nice if I could do the ECG especially when I’m doing some sort of physical activity

The ECG in the Apple Watch is a separate app called ECG. Once measurements are recorded you can review them in the Health app. Look for the app with your other apps on your Watch face or list.

Yours may look slightly different.

It should be noted that Apple Watch is medically approved as a one wire/lead ECG suitable for detecting AFib and it cannot record or detect a heart attack. Have you a confirmed diagnosis of AFib?

The Apple Support article I linked below will be of interest to you and your doctor.
