My iPhone 11 cancels my voice to caller frequently during phone conversations, then garbles, then just drops the call

After an update was installed, my iPhone 11 garbles the voices, then drops the ability for the caller to hear my voice, then within 5 to 10 seconds, will just drop the call. Before the update, I had no problem. I need a fix!

This sounds like a Carrier issue....


Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET

Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...
