Try to force quite then startup in Recovery mode if possible.
Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac – Apple Support (AU)
If it not possible, you'd better take your MacBook to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook there.
