While casting Apple Music to my speaker, if my phone disconnects from wifi, I'll get the "the music has stopped as your apple music account is being used on another device."
The music isn't even playing on my phone. No other users and other devices are turned off. I don't have this issue with any other music streaming service.
If you play music from Apple Music in other Bluetooth devices you can’t play at the same time from Apple Music in other Bluetooth device is because your individual Apple Music subscription doesn’t allow multiples devices to do that you need the familia plan of Apple Music
There is only one device playing music. There is a bug or failure in design because if my phone disconnects from the wifi, even if not playing, will count as a 2nd device.
