Adding credit cards To apple pay

Until a few days ago, credit cards worked fine and without any problems, until I got this message:

“Updating Cards

Apple Pay will be available when updates are complete.”

What update should I do?

I deleted the credit cards and tries to add new ones and receives the following message:

“Could Not Add Card

Try again later or contact your card issuer for more information.”

I don't have any problem with credit cards, and I have several types of cards, none of them manage to connect.

please help.
