Outlook on MacBook Pro M2 keep sending emails into the Draft folder instead of sending

I'm current having a issue with outlook on mac, that when I attempt to send emails from outlook they go into my draft folder instead of sending. I then have to go into my draft folder and hit send again. For the email to actually send.

So far I have check my rules and there is no rule in place. I have updated both the mac OS to the most current version and outlook to the most current version.

When I do click send the second time, the email disappear from both the draft and sent folder, for a minute and then a notification appears saying the message has sent, now appearing in the sent box
