Recently bought an iphone 13 without knowing it had an mdm lock.. i also tried every youtube video and unlock tool on the net but nothing seems to work because my itunes button labelled "restore from backup" is greyed out and unclickable need help asap i would take it too apple store but i dont know if they can take off mdm lock

Return it and get your money back. You purchased a stolen device.
You can't remove the management from it. Only the company that owns it can.

Only the person...or company.....that placed the MDM profile on the phone can remove it. Apple cannot help on this.
Return the phone for a refund.
