Garageband tracks have no sound when panned in the middle

Whenever my someone sends me a garageband file there is no sound on the track when panned in the middle. If I pan left or right it works as a volume. I just updated garageband and my OS and I am still having the same issue. It works for the other two people I am working with. Any ideas?

Garageband known issues with Ventura Hi. Since installing Ventura, I seem to be having trouble with Garageband. 1. Levels on all tracks on 2 particular projects show as maxed yet the sliders are set to the correct levels, this applies to ALL tracks. 2. a HUGE distorted sound appears at a few bars in which stops as soon as I stop the track. 3 One minute I have volume output from GB, the next, I don't! System sounds etc and other apps appear to be fine for volume. Is GB corrupt or is it just the 2 Projects? Is this just a coincidence with Ventura or are there known issues with GB? Many thanks

Garageband sound dropping in and out Recently my sound in Garageband keeps dropping in and out randomly. Sometimes the whole track will drop out for a few seconds, other times just the main vocal will drop and the instrumental tracks and backing vocals continue. It even happens when I bounce the track and export it. I have uninstalled Garageband, updated to the latest OS, then reinstalled the latest version of Garageband, but it's still happening. Any clues as to what the problem could be? I have couple of plug-ins installed. Could they be causing it? Thanks in advance

Why isn't GarageBand recording sound? GarageBand is not recording sound for me. I have tried all of the input and output combination, I have checked preferences, and made sure the track isn't muted, but it looks like the sound isn't even registering. I cannot hear upon playback, but it also doesn't display a waveform for the sound — it appears to be empty. I have included a screenshot of this. I would appreciate your help.
