Right click dragging not working

Video is self-explanatory; I press right-click, but as soon as I try to drag or even touch the trackpad, the right-click turns off. This issue was not present earlier. Any help or tips is appreciated.

Drag acts like double click in finder I've been trying to move some GoPro footage into a folder. Worked totally fine in the past, but now whenever I go to drag a photo or video into the folder it acts like I'm double clicking and it opens it up. Not too much of an issue yet, it's just for organizational purposes, but still very annoying. I tried restarting a few times, but nothing different happens. It happens just in finder too, sometimes randomly in other applications but mostly just finder. I will mention that something similar had happened to me in google chrome when I was trying to move highlighted lines in a doc, but restarting it had helped. Btw this is for the built in trackpad.

Preview Drag-and-Drop Lag Whenever I try to drag and drop an object in preview, be it a text box or a shape, the dragged object will lag like crazy, and the haptics on the trackpad will go out of control. It started doing this about a month ago, and I didn't really think of this until it got to the point where it won't let me drag-and-drop any object without doing that.

Choppy video scrolling When I scroll through a video I’ve taken whether in slow motion or regular speed, the images are choppy or glitching. I also can’t stop on a particular image. The video plays fine but I cannot smoothly scroll through it.
