In Find My I cannot see the individual location of each buds and case of my AirPods Pro

I would like to get help with a problem related to Airpods Pro 2nd generation headphones. In the Find my application, I cannot see the individual location of each buds and case. Trying to reset the headphones does not solve the problem, but an error appears stating “This device is not compatible.” Please help solve this problem, the product warranty is still valid

AirPods don’t have an IP Address:

Q1.What do I need to do so that they have individual IP addresses?

A1. You’d need to find it on the device it’s parried with, and there are multiple ways of doing so, such as logging into your router. AirPods are Bluetooth devices and are not synced to your network.

Q2.I have an iPhone 13 and it is compatible with Airpods Pro 2nd generation, but I still get an error

A2. Yes. These are compatible: AirPods (2nd generation) - Technical Specifications - Apple Support

Troubleshooting AirPods Connectivity:

A Few Thoughts to Try:

A. Visit Apple Support links:

B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

C. Clear Out Earwax:

D. Troubleshoot the Devices:

Try troubleshooting the devices' bluetooth, rather than the AirPods.

E. Contact the Software Developers:

If you are having issues with the App connectivity, then contact them, seeing what they have to say on this. You'll find their Contact Us info on their Home Page.

AirPods:

A. Seeing These:

These are seen as one pair. They are not Assigned their own IP Address. This means they need to be paired to a device in order to be seen in Find My. So, location you are seeing is the last location on the device these are paired with.

B. Verifying Compatibility:

To find your iPhone model, Go to: Settings > General > About

Then, scroll to Compatibility in this link: AirPods (2nd generation) - Technical Specifications - Apple Support
