Problem of airepods pro 2 in "find my"

Hello, my aipods pro 2 don't show the location, of left right buds and case separately when buds are out of case even when buds are far from each other. It just shows one location for "airpods pro" not for each one, so I can't play sound from the case when it is lost. How can I fix the problem? Is my airpod pro fake?

My phone is iphone 13 and last update of ios 17.3.1

For me, there is a big problem. Firstly, the icon is wrong. The icon displayed is for the first-generation AirPods Pro, but you're saying it's a second-generation AirPods Pro. Here is the icon I have for my AirPods Pro 2:
