My Notes from the last 3 months disappeared

My notes app sometimes has a storage leakage issue (where it takes up an outrageous amount of storage that's actually from photos, etc), and to fix it I usually just delete and redownload the notes app. So this time, my notes app was taking up 9GB. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, my 2000 or so notes were recovered and the notes app had gone back down to less than 1GB. I had notes dating all the way back from 2021, the usual, but for some reason, all the notes from the previous 3 months are just gone. Is there any solution to this??

Lost Notes:

Given Notes were enabled in iCloud, thy will not reside in a backup of your device. This is because Notes are part of iCloud backup. So, you would not see the if storing from a backup.

Restore iCloud from a Backup:

Did you ever create a copy of iCloud, in the past, while these may have existed? If so, they may reside in that.

Getting a Copy if iCloud Contents:

A. Download All of iCloud Drive:

Use my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip

B. Download the Rest of iCloud:
