I am having issues with a legacy contact

I add peoples to my legacy contact but “ setting “ keep sending me the message to add person i legacy contact i delete it and add it again but nothing change still same so please someone help with my problem, if i delete from center and go back its spawn back if i turn off mobile and turn on the message send its like again, i looking anywhere to solve this problem but nowhere i found solutation so i go try in there 😁
