My iPhone crashes every time I try to open screen time from settings

i can’t open screen time in my settings; every time I try to attempt my phone crashes and goes to the Home Screen-

Screentime causes crashes on settings I recently used opal (an application) as a way to use screen time, and have now since deleted it since it went buggy, and would sometimes keep on the screen time when the time was up. However, now when I open settings, I am unable to open screen time on my settings app without settings crashing. I have tried restarting my phone, resetting settings completely, nothing seems to work. I would like to use screen time again.

Screen Time is Crashing my Phone When time is requested on apps disabled by Screen Time, the popup to select which option (such as one more minute or enter password) don't even show up, and my phone completely freezes for about a minute (i also am unable to turn it off in that time) before crashing my phone. I have tried opening the Screen Time section in settings to see if something in there is the issue, but it doesn't open. I can open every other section with no issues. I've tried restarting my phone with no success. edit: (the question i've posted says this is about an iphone 8, that's incorrect, it's an iphone xr)

having the exact same problem happening to my phone and im seriously dissatisfied and also i didn't have it on my old phone. its been like this since i got the 15 pro
