iPhone 14 Screen Time settings crash after iOS 18.3.1 update

Since upgrading to 18.3.1 on an iPhone 14, whenever I go to look at my family and adjust screen time for my son the Settings app locks and restarts. It seems to be locking the processor as well, as other apps function incredibly slowly until the settings program seems to crash (~30 seconds). This happens whether I try to open screen time on my phone or on his iPhone 14. It now seems to be impossible to set any application as an always allow.
