All notes deleted on notes app

Please help all of my notes that I have ever written were deleted on my notes app. I literally tried everything that I could find on the internet to get it back. I updated my phone, turned on like 5 different settings for the notes (“on my iphone” and gmail stuff). Nothing came back. The only thing on my notes app now is a shared note with someone that was made around a year ago. I don’t back up my phone. The only thing that I can think of that would cause this is that I ran out of storage recently. But, in order to update my phone, I deleted/ offloaded enough stuff that now there is over 8gb free. Still, none of them have come back.
