Child's screen time not updating after iOS 17.5.1 update

Both my child and myself have updated our phones to the newest software iOS 17.5.1. Now my child's screen time will not update on my phone. It keeps saying Updating. My thought is the if my child's phone is off or out of service range, it may not update, but I'm just not really sure. Please help. Thank you.

To resolve the issue try the following steps:


1. Ensure Both Devices Are On and Connected: Make sure both your and your child's devices are turned on and connected to the internet.

2. Restart Both Devices: Restart both your phone and your child's phone.

3. Check Screen Time Settings: On both devices, go to Settings > Screen Time and ensure it is properly set up and enabled.

4. Sign Out and Sign Back In: On both devices, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing, then sign out and sign back in.

5. Update Software: Ensure both devices have the latest iOS updates installed.

6. Reset Screen Time: On your child’s device, go to **Settings > Screen Time > Turn Off Screen Time**, then turn it back on and set it up again.
