Apple Watch Ultra on 10.5 - no Cardio Fitness data for months

I have read more than 25 posts here with this EXACT same problem, but no actual solutions from Apple have been provided, except those that are so basic as to be clearly just boilerplate suggestions, e.g., “restart phone, restart watch etc etc.” Nothing has worked, and no actual, effective solutions have been provided. Clearly, based on the many posts here with this problem, thousands upon thousands of Apple Watch owners are having this exact same issue, with zero fixes offered by Apple. But the problem is… this was one of the main reasons I bought the watch. I’m really fed up, as are many, many Apple Watch owners who wanted to use it in coordination with all aspects of their workouts. This is an epic fail, unless a fix is provided. Has anyone found a fix for this? I may have to move to a watch made by a different company soon.

Me as well... I'm entirely fed up by this. The Cardio Fitness function stopped working on June 9th. I've read countless posts. Posts about airplane mode, pairing, restarting watch and phone, erasing watch and starting over. None of this has worked.... and I'm aggravated I had to spend so much time trying all these pointless solutions. I guess the next thing I could do is go to an Apple store... but why the heck should I have to? It's a $700 watch that I bought solely for the purposes of fitness tracking, and not all of the functionality is working. Anyway, if anyone finds a real solution to this problem... let me know.
