I see this same question was posed back in Dec 2020 with hundreds of “me too” replies, yet this issue persists for me in almost every workout I do!! Very frustrating and unacceptable given the cost of the devices and services - Apple please reply with a fix!! Also just curious - is this only an Apple Watch Series 6 issue or are others using a different model? Thanks :)

Thanks for the advice. I had tried all that with no success; however, I think I may have just realized what the issue is! I have been losing weight and I believe my wrist has slimmed down a bit and I moved up a notch on my watch band. So if anyone else has this problem persistently - try tightening your watch band!! For the first time in months, I made it through a whole 30 min HIIT workout this morning without needing to restart my Apple TV! 👌🏻🥳
