AirPods 2nd Generation Case Flashing Orange

I had washed my AirPods in the washing machine and the case will keep flashing an orange light and sometimes at different times. I do not know what to do at this point.

Red light while charging AirPods case with AirPods in it My AirPods case shows red blinking light while on charge and AirPods inserted in it looks like the AirPods don’t charge but the case is charging when I use the airpods with another case which works well, it has same issue is there a way to decode the blinking light pattern and resolve the issue i tried resetting the AirPod with hard reset using the setup button but the white and amber light do not appear so setting the AirPods is not working and not an optipn

This is still currently happening and I guess my AirPods may be dead forever. Talked to Apple Support and they said that there is nothing that they could do.
