I have done all the recommended steps in the community notes. I can print from my Mac. My husband can print from his iPhone 8 which of course isn’t updated to iOS 17. I used this all the time. Having it broken for 5 successive updates is unacceptable. It was the reason I upgraded my printer. Anyone have a fix not already listed?

I'm on iOS 17.5 and am not having any printing issues with iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad 11 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air 5.
Still broken in 17.5.1 . . . so annoying having to turn on computer, email myself from phone and then print. Apple please get your act together. the fact that it keeps being broken/fixed with periodic IOS updates makes me think it’s Apple and not the printers fault

is that a supervised device (your company phone) or your private one?
does it have vpn profile installed, do you use vpn while printing?
what is the model of your printer, did you try to update its firmware?
I found this issue recently with an HP LaserJet. I found I had to deselect the duplexer (double-sided printing) before hitting print on the iPhone. Give that a shot and see if it addresses your issue. Good luck!
I have the same issue with my iPhone 11 and iOS 17.5. AirPrint was broken in 17.0 but Apple fixed it in 17.4.1 and it had been working fine. I just updated to iOS 17.5 and its broken again
Yep. Mine was working fine since the security update to 17.5.1. God I regret getting into the iPhone ecosystem. Either everything works or nothing does!!!
