How to fix Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues on iPhone 13 after iOS 17.5 update?

Same issue. No changes done. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are non existent

Correct. Apple does not do field repairs, except for screens and batteries. All other repairs are done by replacing the phone with a refurbished phone, then sending the defective phone to a central repair facility.
