my iPad was bent form it getting fixed I got it fixed n feburay and been having problem every sense I wen to cellnstyle how do I fix a bent iPad

If your iPad was bent while being repaired, it clearly was not being repaired by Apple, or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP). Repairs by anyone other than Apple or an AASP forfeits all ongoing support (or repair) by Apple. Apple will decline all future involvement.
If seeking remedy, you'll have no alternative than to seek assistance from the independent repairer that previously attempted a repair.
