Apple Watch won’t update with iPhone 15 pro Software update is stuck for “checking for update”. Can’t go back to previous My Watch > General > Usage > Software Update. Apple watch issue my apple watch wouldn't connect to my phone because it keeps ask for an update. I can't do the update either. it is not connected and not update it. I it's S3.

try this Restart Apple Watch, restart iPhone. Connect both to their chargers.
