iOS Version 17.4.1 cause a camera permission request issue in any broswer

Our team developed a AR website which can apply different AR effect, which works perfect before version iOS 17.4.1, but after upgrade this version a few days ago, we found that every time when we change the AR effect, which will re-render the video stream on the canvas, the camera permission will be turned off automatically, and leads to black screen now.

test platform and device

• PC - works fine
• Android device - works fine
• iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.4.1 - this issue happens in all the browser, safari, chrome, edge etc..
• iPhone and iPad with old iOS version - works fine

this issue really cause lots of feedback from our user, is this some kind of bug version from Apple?
