Stop keyboard talk

why is my keyboard calling out letters as I type them on my iphone 14. I’ve seen and tried instructions given from previous communities…… they do not apply to the 14. When I go to Settings….Accessibility…. Speech, there is no option to turn off speech

Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content - Typing Feedback > Turn off Characters
