Trying to install the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager Application V1.3.0.0029, A00 (File Name DDPMv1.3.0.0029.zip) onto a Mac workstation running MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 and received the following error.
For use with a Dell-UE4323QE Monitor.

If this list of supported Mac OS software is to be believed, it likely doesn’t support any modern macOS:
Mac OS 9 was replaced around 2000.
You’ll need to contact Dell. My interpretation of those two listed versions, the only Mac OS it supports is for PowerPC chips and that would be OS X 10.5
Same here .... But I just discovered that is not compliant with iMAC ... And I have an iMac ! Is there a way to bypass this check ? and why is not compliant with iMac !

I cannot install the software on my MacBook 14" M3 device. I do not get an error but it will not install.
Contact Dell support and ask them about that error dialog. The installer may simply not be compatible with your version of macOS, or is a 32-bit installer for older Mac operating systems. Dell will have the answer.
