BenQ Palette Master Element doesn't recognize my PD3220U monitor

MBP (late 2018) with Ventura 13.5.1

PD 3220U is connect to my MBP with a Thunderbolt-3 connection

The monitor works correct in all my applications. Only the calibration SW "Palette Master Element" (newest Version) cannot recognize the monitor and therefore a calibration is not possible.

I replaced the Thunderbolt connection with a Display to USB-c Cable. The behavior was the same.

Now I'm looking for tipps from other people who may experienced the same problem.
