How can I cancel Star Apps subscription on my Apple account?

Your bank has enabled an automatic updater on your account. An ABU notifies merchants and any electronic Wallets of any changes to card numbers, expiration dates etc.

Try contacting the issuing bank and ask them two things.

1) Turn off any automatic billing updater that will notify the software company that your card numbers have changed. This must be done by your bank.

2) Change the numbers on the credit card that is being used for the subscription.

If Apple has no record of the charge, then possibly your Apple ID is compromised and/or your credit or debit card was used for payment. You can contact you bank’s support team by calling the phone number on the back of your card.

Hi there this is happening to me too. I’ve emailed the support email twice and nothing and I’ve blocked the payment on my bank account yet they keep taking the money out: I’m up to £70 now for something that said it was $1… help!

Did you find out how to rid of this Star App? Its robbing me blind and I can't find it anywhere to cancel.
