I’m trying to cancel a subscription for wisey I see it nowhere under my Apple settings to cancel. I’ve asked them several times to cancel. I would like the wisey app canceled please and refunded

When I saw the email about the subscription that I never purchased, I asked them to cancel it. They sent me a letter stating of how much use I could get out of this app and if I want to cancel it, go to my settings and Apple I did that I did not see their subscription anywhere and my Apple subscriptions, I did not purchase this app. It’s not in my app purchases on Apple and I would like a refund and the subscription canceled for the app called. Apparently - I have TWO subscriptions with them.

Neither that I can cancel....

I can 'annulate' my profile - but that changes nothing (their word, not mine :) )

Yes - i clicked the 'cancel subscription' - and it's the one that takes you only so far (I even tried "i'll be back soon" and still didn't work) for the second one I clicked on "contact us" and surprise - took me to: Dabout:blank

That subscription was made directly with Wisey and will have to be cancelled with them as well. There are apps now that will direct you to their website for a subscription to avoid using Apple's In-App Purchases. Netflix is another app that will only allow subscriptions through their website. They do this so they have total control over your subscription without having to pay Apple the commission on the subscription and without Apple being able to cancel the subscription. If you want to be able to cancel your subscriptions through Apple, then only use in-app purchases.

You are left with resolving the issue with the company or dispute the charge on the card that you used. Be aware that disputing the charge with the bank will likely involve them cancelling your card and you will need to change your payment method on your phone as well.

Yes, had months of deductions before I noticed it. I had apparently signed up when I took a 'quiz' on Insta - and they had emailed an account I don't use - it's there for social, etc. profiles.

I found their website - was surprised that they had my profile -

I tried SEVERAL times to UnSubscribe - that system does NOT work - gets 'stuck' at 'give us a reason - and I can't delete my card which they got from the social account where i tested.

No phone number - website is wisey.app

support@wisey.

I hate that I allowed myself to be ripped off!

I went to the wisey.app website and into my account and tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, the Submit button conveniently doesn't work. I deleted my account, which under their terms does cancel the subscription. I have emailed support and billing that I want my subscription deleted and that any charges going forward will be disputed. At least I have it in writing if they try to charge me again.
