Upgraded to iOS 17.4.1 on iPhone 15 and now contacts have disappeared

Hello, I upgraded my iPhone 15 to the new iOS 17.4.1 two weeks ago and now I have many saved contacts that have seemingly disappeared. I searched for troubleshooting ideas and I have already tried restoring contacts from my iCloud account, however the latest contacts restore is only from two weeks ago. I cannot go back farther to restore contacts beyond that timeframe. Is there another way I can restore my contacts? Thank you.

I have a problem to search my contact when I called someone.I don’t have the contact application.Only I have keypad,recents and voicemail.No contacts.What can I do?
