How to recover screen recording that was stopped by computer dying.

Was doing a screen recording (Shift + Command + 5) and my MacBook Pro died before I could end and save the recording. I looked in the "Autosave Information" file and there's nothing in there.

Is there any way I can recover this recording?

Thanks for any help!

whenever a recording is interrupted, it is usually gone.

it is a long shot, but you can try going into Apple Menu > Finder > Go > Go to Folder.

and in the resulting window, type in "~/Library/ScreenRecordings/" without the quotation marks.

but there might not be anything in there.
