Notes app audio player bug in IOS 17.3.1

The latest IOS 17.3.1 seems to have degraded how the iphone notes app plays audio files in normal portrait orientation:

When playing an audio file in notes, there is the 'play' icon/button and a 'rewind 15 seconds' icon/button on the left side (at the start of the timeline), the problem that the new update has introduced is how the 'rewind 15s' icon/button has been placed directly over the timeline, which means i cant grab the playhead (if i want to scrub the audio forwards or backwards to a specific place), until the file has played far enough into the audio for the playhead to get past the icon/button. 

This happens in portrait orientation because of the narrow view, its clearly a mistake as it was fine in previous ios versions and its fine when in landscape orientation as the audio timeline is much wider and there is more room either side of the timeline to have both the 'rewind 15s' and 'forward 15s' at either side. 

Frustrating for me as i use the audio player in notes app all the time to try out demos on the go, and do a lot of scrubbing and moving around the files, this was fine in versions lower than ios17,
