Unable to connect to WiFi on MacBook with macOS Monterey.

(2015 MacBook Pro) I've entered the correct password, but it just shows the spinning wheel and won't connect, even after several minutes. I can't get past this screen:

I've restarted my router. I've checked the Network settings in Preferences.

I've reinstalled MacOS over a dozen times, on several different versions, and this has never happened. Literally never happened. I've tried internet recovery, boot from USB, it says "This volume cannot be downgraded." I'm not downgrading! I'm reinstalling Monterey with a Monterey disk!

I simply cannot get past this and it's infuriating. Why is my computer fighting me every step of the way?

My wifi problems started soon after updating to Monterey 12.7.4. Every time I tried to use Wifi System Prefs would crash preventing me from doing anything until I ran Clean My Mac and then I could reopen Network prefs. Since then I have only been able to use my MBPro online using Ethernet. I finally erased my HD, installed a new system and restored from a Time Machine backup. As of now, I am still unable to use Wifi. Some services such as Messages have not fully restored and since I am on vacation, I don't have access to my backups from before installing this terrible nightmare of an update!!! Apple, I have read and seen hundreds of my fellow and loyal Mac users frustrated with this problem and it seems that most say you have not offered a proper resolve. Please take a look at this issue. This is not a time to have loyal customers feel abandoned. My 2016 MacBook Pro worked perfectly before this update!!!!!!
