Volume Button not taking pictures and videos in snapchat

When I bought my recent iphone 15 pro, the volume buttons no longer control taking a picture or video like they do with the camera app. It worked as expected with last phone, 12 mini, which was up to date with versioning.

How do I fix this??? Using Snapchat is impossible now

Volume buttons not working during whatsapp video call. When I am on a whatsapp video call, the volume buttons don't work mostly(only worked once out of 10 times) and the volume doesn't increase/decrease. But if I use whatsapp video call in picture-in-picture mode then only I can control the volume. I have already tried restarting phone and whatsapp.

How do I stop the volume buttons from taking pictures? I just need them to control the volume, and only the volume. Hi, How do I stop any clicks on either volume button from taking a picture? If I have my iPhone in my pocket and am listening to music I often want to change the volume. For some reason touching the volume buttons then doesn't change the volume of music being played, but instead takes a picture of the inside of my pocket. There appears to be no option in Camera settings to enable or more importantly disable this. How do I stop my iPhone taking pictures that I don't want, and actually just change the volume which I do want? Thanks and regards Tom
