I have completely deleted all the files from the hard drive and I cannot install the system.

I erased the hard drive from Recovery mode, it happened by accident, now I have no way to install the Ventura operating system on a Macbook pro 13/m1, when I try to download the OS over wi-fi, it downloads for almost 4 hours, but at the end it gives the error "An error occurred while preparing for installation", "Try again running this program", and when I download the OS from the mobile Internet, at the end of the download, I get an error that the Internet has crashed... I'm stubborn, I went further, and bought a regular 32 GB flash card and downloaded the OS to install it directly, but the Macbook does not see it... as soon as I did not format it, and I tried everything, the Mac does not want to run it, it sees it when I enter the "Disk Utility" mode and you can see the flash card there, and even through any machinations you can see the icon of the Ventura installation package, but it lights up in an inactive color... in short, I do not know what to do, help, this is the first time I use a mac system, and I did not think that such actions would cause so many stupid problems

The only reliable way of creating a bootable macOS USB installer is by using another compatible Mac. The compatible Mac must be able to run Ventura, but the compatible Mac can currently be running any version of macOS. If you have access to another compatible Mac, then you can use the instructions in the following Apple article to create a bootable macOS USB installer:

The only other option if Internet Recovery Mode is not working for you would be to perform a DFU firmware Restore which resets the security enclave chip, system firmware, erases the internal SSD and pushes a clean copy of macOS onto the internal SSD (what version of macOS will be pushed...I don't know). This "Restore" process unfortunately requires access to another Mac running macOS 14.x Sonoma unless you have access to an older downloaded version of the Apple Configurator app 2.16 which only requires access to a Mac running macOS 12.4+ (the Apple documentation is deceptive since the older version of Apple Configurator is not available unless it was previously "purchased" since Apple Configurator v2.17+ only now requires macOS 14.x+).
