MacOS Ventura Re installation fails

I am trying to re install my MacOS Ventura but it fails I have erased my hard disk after encountering a problem. I enter the recovery options menu by switching my mac off and press power button + cmd + R Then I select options and then select re install

I then start a dialog and follow the steps and it tells me to wait 14 hours Ofwhich I wait but it finishes earlier in maybe 6 hours but when it finishes an error pops up saying an error occured while preparing installation, this has failed 2 times already

I donot know how to resolve this. I cannot take the laptop to an apple store at the moment.

Sorry you may have spend time trying to create a Bootable Installer of Ventura on a Microsoft Windows computer

Though, some internet sites Claim it can be done on a Microsoft Windows computer - it is impossible

There only the Only Way to get a Full Version of macOS Ventura 12.xx GB in size is from Apple Apple Store or running a specific Terminal command on that same Qualifying Apple Computer

To access the Apple Apps Store and download Ventura would Require a Qualifying Apple Computer to run Ventura

I attempted to re install because I was encountering a boot loop and I couldn't figure out how to fix it and what I tried first was re installing macOs without erasing the disk via recovery, that failed then I erased the disk and tried reinstalling and that failed too. The disk I erased was not the base mac system but the one that had OS Ventura installed.

Another option was to use Apple Configurator to fix my mac but that would require another mac of which I did not have. I still had my apple license so I tried to find means to install mac via a bootable device. I followed some tutorials online on how to create one with the windows machine I had access to and finally managed to re install

It is Best to connect the computer via an Ethernet Cable to the Router

This type of connection is more Stable and Reliable than over Wifi or using a Hotspot connection via iPhone

I created the bootable device by Converting my Usb drive to gpt and then formating it to HFS+ file sytem then used TransMac to burn MacOsVentura Dmg Image into the USB drive. I used the dmg image because the installAssitant.pkg version does not work well with trans mac

To perform this action will require booting from a Bootable Installer

The Bootable Installer can Only be performed on an Apple Computer
