Command 0 (⌘ 0) zoom keyboard shortcut not working

I have a fairly new Macbook Air M2 (2022 model, purchased a few months ago) with the latest OS (Sonoma 14.3.1) and have noticed an issue where the ⌘ 0 keyboard shortcut sometimes doesn't work. It will work as expected for maybe a couple of days and then seemingly randomly stops working (i.e.nothing happens when pressing the shortcut). After restarting the laptop it works again for a while. Other similar shortcuts don't seem to have any issues (e.g. ⌘ + and ⌘ - for zooming in and out). Any ideas what's going on?

Update: Found something mentioned in a Reddit thread about the app Todoist possibly causing this behavior, and took it up with Todoist support. They told me today to update to the latest Todoist version (8.17.0 or later). The update wasn't showing up in the App Store yet so I downloaded it from the Todoist site, installed it and . . . the Command-0 problem is gone (for me, in both Firefox and Photoshop). If you're a Todoist user, this might be what's causing your problem.

I am having the same problem. I have been through every possible System Setting to see if there are any conflicts anywhere in Keyboard Shortcuts, but there aren't. And in my case Command-0 has just stopped working completely; restarting the MacBook Pro doesn't make it come back. I use this shortcut most often in Firefox and Photoshop, and it's the same in both apps — Command-0 does nothing, but all the other view shortcuts (Command+, Command-, etc.) work fine. Anyone have an idea what's going on?
