Random "Non-text Content" Texts from my daughter

Ever since I changed cell carriers on Sunday, I have been getting random text messages from my daughters cell phone (that she is not sending) that say "Non-Text Content". I will get these multiple times in a row on random days and times. What is this?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

I'm having the same issue too (Android user) but I'm also getting messages I've received (from an iPhone user) get re-sent multiple times each hour for a good amount of hours. Any ideas on how to get it fixed?

I am having the same issue from the other end. I am an Android user, I am texting an Apple User. I sent fully text messages to my friend and he sent emoji's back while I slept. While I was still asleep (not sending any messages), my friend was getting Non-Text Content messages repeatedly. From my limited knowledge, it seemed like every emoji my friend on Apple tried to send to me (which I did receive) was also generating a Non-text content back to his phone even when I was not replying at all.
